    This includes presentations, luncheons, fundraisers, ceremonies, association meetings, cocktail receptions, and private gatherings throughout Palm Beach County.

    Palm Beach Audio is not a DJ or entertainment company. We provide professionally managed event audio, wireless microphones, and curated background music to support the atmosphere and flow of the event.

    Yes. Every event includes professional on-site audio management, allowing organizers, presenters, and guests to focus on the program while sound is managed behind the scenes.

    Yes. Palm Beach Audio offers professional projection services alongside our audio services for corporate meetings, nonprofit programs, presentations, luncheons and special events.


    Projection services include high-brightness laser projection, professional projection screens, MacBook and PC connectivity, PowerPoint and video integration, professional delivery, setup and testing, onsite technical support, and breakdown.


    Projector brightness and screen size are selected according to the venue, room lighting, audience size and presentation requirements.


    Because every room and presentation is different, projection services are individually quoted as part of your event proposal.

    Yes. Palm Beach Audio regularly works alongside venues, planners, and production teams when additional microphones, speech reinforcement, overflow coverage, or supplemental audio support is needed.

    Yes. We regularly coordinate with event planners, venues, country clubs, nonprofits, municipalities, and hospitality teams to help ensure smooth integration with the overall timing, logistics, and flow of the event.

    Yes. Palm Beach Audio regularly supports outdoor and open-air events, including waterfront venues, rooftop gatherings, ceremonies, golf events, and cocktail receptions.

    Full payment is due upon acceptance of your Palm Beach Audio proposal in order to confirm and reserve your event date.

    Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled event will receive a full refund.

    For cancellations made within 30 days of the event, payments are non-refundable. If the event is rescheduled, payments may be applied toward a new event date occurring within six months, subject to availability.

    Yes. Palm Beach Audio is fully insured, and certificates of insurance (COIs) are available upon request for venues, country clubs, municipalities, and event organizers.
